With more than 26 years of real estate experience, Deborah Valavicius brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and a personal touch to every client she serves.

Throughout her career, Deborah has worked as a buyers and listing agent and has built her business on relationships, referrals, and repeat clients.  Her commitment to long term relationships is reflected in clients who return to her again and again including one client she has represented throughout 11 transactions and another through nine.  She believes that kind of loyalty is earned though honest communication attention to detail, strong representation, and treating every clients home and investment as if it were her own.

Deborah also has extensive experience preparing and staging homes for sale.

She understands that how a home is presented can make a tremendous difference in how buyers respond to it and brings that eye for presentation and detail to every listing.  

Whether helping clients sell a longtime family home, purchase their next property, relocate, or navigate an important real estate devision, Deborah believes her goal goes far beyond the transaction.  She takes the time to listen, explain the process, anticipate challenges, and advocate for her clients from beginning to end.
